Hope your weekend was good!! Mine, as always, was NOT long enough. Over the weekend, I found some more tasty meatless recipes that I wanted to share with you.

Ever since I stopped eating dairy & gluten, I have truly missed fettuccine alfredo. I am not crazy about red sauces, so when I found this pesto sauce noodle dish I definitely wanted to try it. And I am hoping it'll fill my fettuccine alfredo void. Ha!
