It is my favorite time of the week Meatless Mondays !! It is the only thing that I like about Mondays. This week I have found some really drool worthy recipes that I will most definitely be making soon.
I am not really a breakfast person in the morning... I am always in a hurry to get out of the house on time, so having a yummy smoothie that I can prepare the night before would be perfect. Breakfast for dinner is another story though... I could eat breakfast foods for dinner every.single.night, especially if it means having strawberry lemon poppy seed pancakes. Delicious!

So finding meals that are filled with other meatless proteins is going to help with making you feel satisfied & not searching for another meal.
